GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police said an arrest was made in connection with the shooting death of Shaneta Allen.
Officers arrested 36-year-old Phillip Neam on Tuesday for the murder of 32-year-old Shaneta Allen. She was found dead in the 2200 block of McKnight Mill Road on Nov. 6, 2023. Neam and Allen had a personal relationship at the time of her murder.
Neam is in custody at the Guilford County Jail on charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
