High Point police are searching for a suspect vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that killed a bicyclist.
HIGH POINT, N.C. — A suspect car is wanted in hit-and-run that left a bicyclist dead Monday.
The vehicle was identified as a large red truck, believed to be a 2024-2025 Chevrolet 2500 HD. The truck appears to have oversized wheels and tires, tow mirrors and clearance lights.
High Point police said they, the High Point Fire Department, and Guilford County EMS arrived at W. MLK Jr Dr. at Oakwood Street in response to a hit-and-run crash involving a car and a bicyclist around 6 p.m. Sunday.
Officers said when they arrived, they found bicyclist, Michael Lee Isaac Jr., 33, of High Point, dead in the roadway.
