YORK COUNTY, S.C. — The York County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for information about those responsible for a series of shootings that have taken place over the last two weeks in Rock Hill.
The shootings happened in the Rambo Road and Ogden Road areas of Rock Hill. Between Aug. 9 to Aug. 17, multiple shootings took place. Three homes have been hit by bullets and there have been six other reports of gunfire in the same area.
“These incidents are not only irresponsible but incredibly dangerous and we need the community’s help to ensure that those responsible are brought to justice,” York County Sheriff Kevin Tolson said. “Any information, no matter how small, could be vital to our investigation.”
If someone submits an anonymous tip that leads to an arrest, there is a reward from Crime Stoppers of York County.
