Gov. Stein declared a state of emergency as winter weather approaches North Carolina, which will likely include mixes of freezing rain, sleet, and snow.
Most North Carolina school districts have announced delays, closures, or remote learning days. See below for updates as of Tuesday evening. We will be adding community colleges on Wednesday morning.
