Wilmington Chamber announces new board leadership

WILMINGTON — The local chamber has changes to its board positions in the 2025 year.

The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors help establish strategic leadership, financial oversight and ensure the chamber’s advocacy remains strong for area businesses and members.

The 2025 directors include:

• Board Chair: Jim Hundley, Thomas Construction Group

• Treasurer: Rob Kaiser, Wilmington Media + Marketing

• 3-Year Term: Sandy Spiers, First National Bank

• Chairman’s Appointment, 1-Year Term: Laura Miller, LS3P

• Chairman’s Appointment, 1-Year Term: Sam Franck, Ward and Smith P.A.

• 1-Year Term: Chris Montero, Perfect Touch Rentals

Hundley is described by the chamber as “pro-growth advocacy and workforce development.”

“Jim’s experience and vision will undoubtedly lead us to new heights as we continue to build on our successes,” chamber president Natalie English said. “I look forward to working together to drive our mission forward and achieve even greater accomplishments in the year ahead.”

Hundley also chairs the executive committee, made up of:

• 1st Vice-Chair, Nicolas Montoya, Trailborn Surf & Sound

• 2nd Vice-Chair, Mike Brown, Cape Fear Commercial

• Treasurer, Rob Kaiser, Wilmington Media + Marketing

• Immediate Past Chair, Lisa Leath, Vantaca

• Personnel Committee Chair, Lily Loizeaux, GE Hitachi

• At-Large, Chakema Clinton-Quintana, Channel powered by Live Oak Bank

• President & CEO, Natalie English, Wilmington Chamber of Commerce
