The Wyndham Championship is set for Aug. 8-11, but with flooding rain headed to the Carolinas, there could be some tournament changes.
GREENSBORO, N.C. — Wyndham Championship tournament play starts Thursday, Aug. 8 until Sunday, Aug. 11, at the Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, weather permitting.
With weekend-long events and tournaments for spectators to enjoy, there will be people coming from all over to enjoy the tournament. But can tropical storm Debby interfere with the fun?
Debby has been downgraded to a tropical storm as the system has moved inland today near the Big Bend of Florida. Debby will impact parts of the Southeast this week.Â
Here in the Carolinas, we must pay attention and monitor the forecast for changes.Â
