GREENSBORO, N.C. — New video has emerged from the tragic night a Greensboro business owner was shot to death outside of his restaurant.Â
Mark Freedman was shot and killed outside his eatery, Mark’s Restaurant off Dolley Madison Road in Greensboro, on Nov. 3, 2020.
According to Greensboro police, someone targeted Freedman after he closed up for the night.Â
To this day, his murder has gone unsolved.
Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers released surveillance footage of a person running out from behind a fence onto Dolley Madison Road. They are seen turning and pointing their gun into a car.
The person is believed to be of medium/stocky build and short to medium height, Crime Stoppers said.
Crime Stoppers and the family of Freedman are offering a cash reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to arrest.
