As the Olympics began in Paris on Friday, July 26, my kids starting asking questions about the mysterious cauldron and the inextinguishable flame for the torches. Isn’t it funny that I had not really put too much thought into the flame. The concept was “old hat” for me, yet they were intrigued and wanted to know everything about it. And I realized that I didn’t know ANYTHING.
