After playing Wilmington’s Bourgie Nights and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in the past, the Strays have worked their wat up to performing in Live Oak Bank Pavilion’s 7,000-seat outdoor amphitheater. As part of their “Get Right” tour, they’re traveling to 28 cities and will stop in Wilmington on Aug. 15.
The group received a nomination for Vocal Group of the Year at the CMA Awards and have been featured on NPR’s Tine Desk series and numerous late night shows. They released on RCA Records “Made By These Memories” in July last year, which was produced by Dave Cobb and incorporated Southern rock, soul, and modern country influences.
It debuted in the top 10 of the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart and was the band’s second studio album following 2022’s “Moment of Truth.”
Tickets go on sale to the show on Friday, March 7, here.
