It’s shaping up to be a superb weekend across the Piedmont!  We’re starting with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid-60s.

As the day progresses, skies are going to become partly cloudy, and that extra sunshine is going to carry temperatures to 80°.

There is a skinny, 20% chance of a brief shower this afternoon.

Skies remain partly cloudy overnight with lows in the mid-60s.

The weekend forecast is looking mostly sunny with much warmer temperatures.

Highs on Saturday will remain in the lower-80s, but we’ll pop into the mid-80s on Sunday afternoon.

Clouds are going to return Monday, lowering our highs to the upper-70’s, but there is only a 20% chance of showers.

As a cold front makes its way toward the Piedmont, rain chances will rise from 50% to 60% Tuesday through Thursday.

Highs are expected to stay steadily in the 79° to 80° range.
