Piedmont Triad to warm up over weekend

(WGHP) — The Piedmont will dry out and warm up this weekend.

Saturday morning clouds will give way to partly sunny skies. Highs on Saturday will be in the upper 50s to lower 60s.

Mostly sunny skies on Sunday with lows in the upper 30s. We might even see some patchy frost on Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 60s.

The warm afternoon highs will continue into Monday with lows in the upper 40s and highs around 80 degrees.

A weak cold front could bring us a few sprinkles on Tuesday. Outside of a tiny rain chance, skies will be partly sunny on Tuesday with lows in the upper 50s and highs around 70 degrees.

Behind the cold front, Wednesday will be sunny and cooler with lows in the lower 40s and highs in the middle 60s.

Thursday, partly sunny with lows in the lower 40s and highs in the upper 60s.

Mostly cloudy with scattered afternoon and evening showers on Friday. Our lows on Friday morning will be in the lower 50s with highs in the lower 70s.
