RALEIGH, N.C. (WGHP) — This week on Teach Me Tuesday, FOX8 Meteorologist Alex Schneider went to the National Weather Service in Raleigh to learn about the Skywarn program.

The program involves spotting threats such as storms and reporting the threat to the NWS.
