Kamala Harris to campaign in Greensboro, Charlotte this week after presidential debate

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Vice President Kamala Harris will make campaign stops in Charlotte and Greensboro on Thursday, two days after the first presidential debate between her and former president Donald Trump.

These stops are the first of many for Harris and her running mate Tim Walz as part of their tour through battleground states in the days following Tuesday’s debate, according to a news release by campaign officials on Sunday.

Harris plans to appear in Charlotte sometime between noon and 6 p.m. and then in Greensboro between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., according to events publicizing the campaign.

After her trip to North Carolina on Thursday, Harris will then travel to Pennsylvania one day later. Meanwhile, Walz is set to make stops in Michigan and Wisconsin on Thursday and Friday.
