BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) — Early voting in Buncombe County will look a bit different this election year, due to disruptions brought on by Tropical Storm Helene.

The Buncombe County Board of Elections approved new times and locations for early voting on Tuesday.

The approval comes after the North Carolina State Board of Elections authorized multiple counties to modify some election procedures.
