High of 77, slight rain chance on Thursday in the Triad

It’s a drizzly, cloudy, mild morning across the Piedmont. 

Through the day, we’ll have mostly cloudy skies with isolated showers. 

The chance of rain is 20% and highs will be in the upper-70s.

An isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible overnight, likely after midnight. 

Lows will be in the mid-60’s.

Some upper level energy is forecast to swing over the Piedmont tomorrow, bringing a 20% chance of a shower or thunderstorm.  Otherwise, we’re expecting partly cloudy skies and highs in the lower-80’s.

The weekend is looking dry, with highs in the lower-80’s.  We’ll have mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies to enjoy both Saturday and Sunday.

Clouds will begin to increase as the next front begins to move across the Midwest. 

Monday is going to be mostly cloudy with highs in the mid-70’s. 

Cloudy skies are expected Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs in the upper-70’s. 

Rain chances will stay around 20% until Wednesday when we’ll have a 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms.
