Cold front to bring clouds to Piedmont Triad Tuesday

(WGHP) — For the next few days, temperatures will be below normal with breezy conditions.

A cold front will bring clouds across the Piedmont on Tuesday morning. After lunchtime Tuesday, the clouds will give way to mostly sunny conditions. Highs on Tuesday will be near 70 degrees. Wind gusts on Tuesday will be between 30-35 mph.

Sunny on Wednesday with lows in the lower 40s and highs in the middle 60s. Wind gusts will be between 20-25 mph.

Thursday, mostly sunny with lows in the lower 40s and highs in the upper 60s.

A big warm-up for Friday. Under mostly sunny skies, lows will be in the upper 40s and highs in the upper 70s.

For Easter weekend, a frontal system will drift across the Mid-Atlantic region. With the front nearby, our skies will be mostly cloudy with highs in the lower 80s. Rain chances will be less than 20% for Saturday and Sunday.

On Monday, the front will be a little closer to the Piedmont. Skies will be cloudy with lows near 60 degrees and highs near 80 degrees. Chance of rain 25%.
