(WGHP) — The Piedmont is leaving summer behind and going back to winter.
A slow-moving cold front will clear the Piedmont on Tuesday. Behind the cold front, look for mostly sunny skies with lows in the lower 40s and highs in the upper 50s.
Wednesday morning will be clear and cold. In fact, we could have freezing temperatures in the Piedmont. So, if you got an early start on your spring garden, take the necessary steps to protect your young plants. Lows on Wednesday morning will be in the lower 30s. Sunny skies Wednesday afternoon with highs around 60 degrees.
