(WGHP) — A chilly start this morning with temperatures in the low to mid-40s.
Grab a light jacket as you’re heading out, as you’ll possibly even want it by the afternoon. While we’ll see plenty of sunshine today, highs will reach the mid-60s and it’ll be breezy with northwest winds at 10 to 20 mph and gusts to 30 mph possible.Â
Frost will be possible Thursday morning as lows will be in the upper 30s with mostly clear skies and light winds. We’ll see mostly sunny skies on Thursday and afternoon highs will warm into the upper 60s. Winds will be out of the south at 5 to 10 mph.
We’ll continue to see mostly sunny skies on Friday with morning lows in the low 50s. Our afternoon highs reach the upper 70s, marking the return of above-normal temperatures as we approach the weekend. Southwest winds will be a little breezy at 5 to 15 mph.
A mix of sun and clouds for Easter weekend with morning lows on Saturday in the upper 50s and afternoon highs in the mid-80s. Easter Sunday looks beautiful with morning lows in the 60s and afternoon highs reaching the low 80s. Stray showers are possible for the holiday weekend however, the chance is less than 20%, so the majority of the Piedmont Triad will remain dry.Â
