GRANITE FALLS, N.C. — Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist has announced the relocation of its Family Medicine – Granite Falls clinic operations following the identification of mold at the facility.Â
Officials said the decision was made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the health and wellbeing of patients and staff.
Effective immediately, all services previously provided at the Granite Falls clinic will be moved to two nearby Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist locations. Patients impacted by the changes will receive communication regarding their upcoming appointments and any changes to expect.
