WILMINGTON — The shopping center located a mile from Wrightsville Beach has announced two new stores that will open in coming weeks.
Retailer J. Crew Factory and Dave & Buster’s entertainment complex will be open days apart in May, joining other businesses in the 610,000-square-foot shopping and dining complex.
Mayfaire once had a J. Crew store which closed in 2019, but the factory location, to be at 920 Town Center Drive, will bring with it value-friendly styles for men, women and kids. The American specialty retailer is planned to host a grand opening from May 15 to 18, with prizes given to shoppers.
Dave & Buster’s will open its 22,000-square-foot complex at 953 Town Center Dr. on May 26. It features more than 100 arcade games, TVs in its sports bar, with food and drinks served. The first 100 people will receive unlimited game play cards for the day.
