1 seriously injured in shooting on Lawndale Dr. in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A person is seriously injured after a shooting in Greensboro Wednesday.

Greensboro police said they responded to the 2600 block of Lawndale Drive in reference to a shooting around 1:13 a.m.

When officers arrived, they found a person had been shot.

Police said the person is suffering from life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
