Greensboro police said the 19-year-old died after a shooting on Godwin Court.
GREENSBORO, N.C. — A 22-year-old was arrested for allegedly killing a 19-year-old in a Greensboro shooting that happened back in January, according to police.Â
On Jan. 31, the Greensboro Police Department said officers along with the Greensboro Fire Department, and Guilford County EMS were called to Godwin Court around 9:30 p.m. about a shooting.Â
When officers arrived, they found Jalin Nisean Williams, 19, suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Investigators said Williams died at the scene.
On Sept. 18, officers said they arrested Phillip Kenyarda Lytch, 22.
Lytch was charged with one count of first-degree murder and is being held without bond.
